The Times of India reports that the star has been offered a part in Dil Tho Bachcha Hai Ji.
The actress, who made her debut in the underperforming Luck opposite Imran Khan, said: "An offer from Madhur Bandarkar is reason to celebrate. He's an amazing filmmaker. My role's very interesting."
The singer-turned-actor added: "I wanted to be a performer. So, invariably acting, music and dancing fitted into my scheme of things,"
Haasan has also written the lyrics for and recorded a song in the new Mallika Sherawat starrer Hiss.
