Khanna to launch teenage son into film

Vinod Khanna is to launch his teenage son Sakshi into Hindi film.

According to The Times of India, Sakshi was originally training as an actor in the US, before returning to Mumbai to enrol at an acting institution.

A source for the newspaper reports that Sakshi has inherited some of his father's physical attributes.

"He looks as dashing as Vinod does. He is tall like his dad but has a dusky complexion like his mother," said the insider.

Vinod's eldest son Rahul recently appeared in Wake Up Sid.

The actor-turned-politician's second son Akshaye, who launched in 1997's Himalaya Putra, also enjoys a successful film career.
