Pakistani singer Atif Aslam has secured the lead role in Kumar Taurani's next project, reports the Mumbai Mirror.
The popular musician has signed a three-film deal and will star in the as-yet-untitled movie from Taurani's production company Tips.
"Yes, we have signed Atif for a film. We have already narrated the script to him, which he has liked. The film will happen next year," said Taurani.
Aslam, 27, has sung many tracks for Bollywood films, including the Tips-produced Prince.
