The actor is sending a legal notice over unpaid fees to the London Dreams filmmakers, reports Mumbai Mirror.
A source close to the star said: "Yes, Devgn is seriously wondering if he should take legal action against Shah and Singh. It could be anytime very soon."
The Omkara performer and co-star Salman Khan have apparently been paid only 15% of the agreed remuneration for the project.
"Shah and Singh promised that Khan and Devgn would be paid their remaining fee soon after London Dreams hit the theatres," said the source.
London Dreams performed below par at the box office when it released in October 2009.
