The film, directed by Samir Karnik, features the veteran actor with his two star sons.
Pranab Kapadia from Eros International announced: “We are very excited to bring this special treat for all Deol fans worldwide with the release of Yamla Pagla Deewana.
The actors last worked together on the hit Apne, which also featured Shilpa Shetty and Katrina Kaif.
"The much loved father-sons trio has a huge fan following overseas and we are anticipating a very encouraging response to the film," added Kapadia.
The action, comedy and romance drama will release internationally on January 14.
