The project, which was completed in 2008, has suffered a series of delays since shooting commenced, reports the Hindustan Times.
In a press release, the movie's publicist said: "The release of Tera Kya Hoga Johny is being postponed indefinitely owing to unfavourable market conditions."
The production, which also features debutant Sikandar Agarwal, Soha Ali Khan, Kay Kay Menon and Shahana Goswami, follows four different plotlines.
It has been reported that a major portion of the film has recently leaked online on a video sharing website.
