Director Onir should have taken precautions before inviting the actor Yuvraj Parashar into his home, a fellow helmer has warned.
Speaking to New Kerala, Vipul Shah urged filmmakers to install video cameras when they have young actors around, in order to prevent such incidents.
Shah said: "Avoid meeting newcomers alone. Or have cameras installed in your office."
The openly gay helmer, who has directed ground-breaking films such as My Brother Nikhil, was last week accused by Parashar of molestation.
Onir has said that it was a mutual encounter between him and the star of Dunno Y... Naa Jaane Kyun.
