The actor reportedly wants songs from his new film to have released before embarking on the series of concerts, The Times of India reports.

The project, which contains music composed by A.R. Rahman, has been delayed by the upcoming cricket season in India.
"And we can only do that if the film is released. At the moment we've been told that it would be the first release after the IPL matches. Meanwhile, Ranbir's concerts are postponed to April 2012," added the veteran Bobby star.
The production is now expected to hit screens in late 2011.
