Emraan Hashmi in first ever comic role

The actor, who is usually known for his hard-hitting performances, will be seen next in the comedy Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, reports DNA .
Filmmaker Bhandarkar told the newspaper: "This is the first comedy for Emraan, just as it is for me. He was experimenting with the genre and that is why he came with a fresh approach to this movie."
The Page 3 director praised Hashmi's work in the production, saying: "He was open to learning and has a great sense of humour himself, which helped him play his character."
Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, which is being touted as a romantic comedy, releases this Friday.
