Shilpa Shetty launches food range

Shilpa Shetty has launched a range of Indian vegetarian meals.

The Celebrity Big Brother star has teamed up with Chef Andy Varma to produce the Shilpa's Gourmet Creations line.

The Indian celebrity commented: "Vegetables are a vital source of vitamins and minerals, but vegetarian doesn't have to mean bland and rubbery food.

"Indian vegetarian never compromises on flavour and proves that eating healthy can also be tasty."

The Baazigar actress unveiled the 5-dish range at Holland & Barrett's Camden store on Tuesday.

The line of food is intended to reflect Shetty's own eating plan, which is said to focus on a combination of health and taste.
