Aditi Rao has said that she did not mind being replaced as the main lead in Rockstar by the up-and-coming Nargis Fakhri.
The actress was to star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the film, which sees the latter starring as an obsessive fan of rock legend Jim Morrison.
Speaking to the Times of India, she said: "I'm happy with the part I finally got in Rockstar.
"I am the narrator who connects Ranbir's character to the audience. I play a young journalist. The chemistry between me and Ranbir is... well, you will have to see it yourself."
Fakhri, an American model, will now be playing Kapoor's love interest in what will be her Bollywood debut.
