Bazmee fled from location in Bangkok to Mumbai after an argument over Khan's differences with producer Rajat Rawail, Mumbai Mirror reports.
Speaking to the paper, the helmer denied any problems, saying: "We have finished all the action sequences and talkie portions of the film. We had a meeting about my departure and everything was planned before I left.
"There are no problems between Salman and me. I came back to Mumbai simply because I had to finish the mixing of Thank You."
Choreographer Raju Khan is to shoot the remaining sequences of the film, which also stars Genelia D'Souza.
