Priyanka Chopra 'films with Dostana director'

Priyanka Chopra and Tarun Mansukhani have reunited on-screen in an advertisement, three years after last working together.

The advert, for a leading camera brand, pays homage to director Mansukhani's debut project Dostana.

The Dharma Productions director posted on his Facebook profile: "Hey guys, here's the ad I did with Priyanka. Hope you like it. Go get yourself a Nikon Coolpix (Yes, I have to say that!)"

The 40-second promo opens with a montage of scenes similar to the 'Shut Up and Bounce' sequence Mansukhani shot with Shilpa Shetty in Miami.

The director also makes a cameo in the closing frames of the advert, sharing projected images with Chopra, as John Abraham's character did in Dostana .

As well as being a successful film director, Mansukhani has appeared in front of the camera in a number of projects including My Name Is Khan and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Chopra recently revealed that she may star in Mansukhani's Dostana 2, despite reports that the sequel had been dropped.
