Hashmi: 'My diets are a rollercoaster ride'

Emraan Hashmi has admitted that he is subjecting his body to a "rollercoaster" ride over the course of his next two films.

The actor has been asked to put on weight for the upcoming film Shanghai.

He had just lost weight and toned his physique for his role in Murder 2.

Speaking to Mumbai Mirror, he said: "I don't know [how I'm going to put on weight] but it is going to be a roller coaster ride losing, gaining, losing and gaining weight again."

Hashmi also revealed that having to finish Murder 2 after a short holiday away in Amsterdam meant that he had been forced to work out again for the sake of continuity.
