Asin Thottumkal: 'Salman Khan is caring'

Salman Khan is very nurturing when it comes to younger actors, according to his co-star Asin Thottumkal.

The actress will next be seen with Khan, 45, in Ready, which is their second project together since London Dreams.

Thottumkal, 25, told Mumbai Mirror: "He's very encouraging to new talent. A lot of strugglers came on the sets with their portfolios to get his guidance and he took a few talented ones under his wing."

She added that the tabloid image of Khan is exaggerated and that he is just "very direct with people".

Khan plays a secret agent who rescues women from bad marriages in the comedy thriller, only to find that he falls in love with one of his clients, played by Thottumkal.
