The movie reunites Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma following the success of Band Baaja Baarat.
"Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl is a fun-filled 'Rom-Con' where a smooth and charming conman, Ricky Bahl, cons girls for a living but finally meets his match," said a statement.
The movie, which has been filmed in Lucknow and Goa, sees the two leads sporting a traditional Indian look.
Dipannita Sharma, Aditi Sharma and Parineeti Chopra also feature in the production.
Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl is scheduled for a worldwide cinema release on December 9, marking the third time an Anushka Sharma project has released that particular weekend.
