Ranbir Kapoor's 'Rockstar' - watch the first trailer

The actor features alongside debutante Nargis Fakhri in Imtiaz Ali's first project since Love Aaj Kal.
Kapoor plays the role of a musician who believes that performers must experience heartbreak in order to find their creativity.
Rockstar spans seven years of the musician's life, charting his rise to fame, as well as the dysfunctional relationship with Fakhri's character.
As with the filmmaker's earlier work, the movie is set in North India, having been shot on location in Kashmir and Delhi.
Wake Up Sid star Kapoor reportedly suffered from depression during the filming of some of the more difficult scenes.
Rockstar marks the last acting project of Shammi Kapoor, following his death at 79 last month.
Rockstar releases in cinemas worldwide on November 11.
