The event takes place at Cineworld Feltham, a day after the movie screened in Abu Dhabi.
Actor Ali Zafar commented about the level of interest in the Yash Raj Films project. Posting on his Twitter account, he said: "I have seen mobs in life but last night at the Abu Dhabi premier! London today. No words to express the love for your love."
Lead actors Katrina Kaif, Imran Khan and Ali Zafar will attend the release, after taking part earlier in a Q&A with Ameet Channa at the BFI Southbank.
Khan rejected the T-shirts and jeans image of his character to wear a dark suit and striped blue and black tie for the event.
Kaif recently revealed that she had designed her own wardrobe for the movie.
The film is the debut project of director Ali Abbas Zafar, after assisting on Tashan, Badmaash Company and New York.
Mere Brother Ki Dulhan releases worldwide on Friday.
