The star features alongside Rajeev Khandelwal and Mrinalini Sharma in the project, which is based on a true story.
Ali Khan revealed to Digital Spy earlier this year that the movie was "an official remake of the film It's All Gone Pete Tong about a DJ who goes deaf".
The original Canadian fictional independent film referenced the cockney rhyming slang of DJ Pete Tong, standing for "it's all gone a bit wrong".
"If Beethoven were alive today - he'd be a DJ and this is would be his story," reads the tagline of the Hindi remake of the film.
The actor has also completed work on a further upcoming film project: "There is a rom-com called Chemistry with Shreyas Talpade, where I have magenta hair," she said.
"It was shot in Paris, which was fun except that it was minus four degrees."
Soundtrack is released on September 30.
