Karan Johar: 'Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani starts January'

The producer announced details of the Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone project through his Twitter account.
"So hey… Ranbir and Deepika will be in Ayan Mukerji's next titled…Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani The Wake Up Sid boys on the floors from Jan (sic)," he posted.
This will be the second production Kapoor and Mukerji have collaborated on, following earlier release Wake Up Sid.
The movie also marks the first time its two actors will work together, since the breakdown of their former relationship.
Johar's Agneepath remake project is expected to release in the same month, to coincide with Republic Day in India.
Padukone is said to have upset the actor, after she spoke out about her former relationship with Kapoor on an episode of Koffee with Karan earlier this year.
