The actress made her breakthrough in the style industry drama Fashion and recently modelled for Indian designer Shantanu Goenka.
She told The Times of India: "I don't want to hurt anyone with my remarks, but I find that the style quotient is missing in Bollywood except for Priyanka [Chopra] and Sonam [Kapoor] who know how to carry well.
"I never feel uncomfortable while walking the runway as I have done it in films like Fashion and Raaz 2. So it has become a part of my character.
"Also, I love Shantanu's design and admire his creativity. He always makes something which suits my complexion and figure."
It was rumoured last year that the 24-year old star had undergone surgery to enlarge her chest.
She denied the rumours, saying that there was no need for her to change her figure.
Ranaut said: "I really enjoyed all those pieces that were being written. To read about your own surgeries is amusing."
