To celebrate the arrival of the waxworks, the exhibition plans to rename the resort Bollypool for the day.
Matthew Titherington, General Manager at Madame Tussauds Blackpool, stated: "Bollypool day on October 13 will be one to remember and we are very excited to welcome the Bollywood superstars."
The figures of Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be temporarily exhibited at the venue, and will be joined by Kareena Kapoor at the end of the month.
Madame Tussauds Bollypool has invited fans to enter the 'Strike a Kareena Kapoor Pose' Facebook competition, where they can guess the pose the actor will be modelled in.
The winner will attend the launch with Kapoor at the end of October.
Roshan was the last Hindi film celebrity to be modelled in wax, and was unveiled at an opening in January.
The touring Bollywood exhibition will travel from Blackpool to London, Hong Kong, Bangkok and other Madame Tussauds in Europe and the US.
