The Ra.One actor will be promoting his sci-fi film at the three-day event at the end of the month, The Times of India reports.
"I guess I have few tie-ups at the event so I will be there for sure. We are planning something," said Khan.
The actor, who played a hockey coach in Chak De India, said that he is keen on bringing more sport to the country.
"I'd love new sports to hit the Indian shores. I am especially keen on football. There are so many football fans in India. I'd love it if we have football leagues like the IPL," he explained.
"I am passionate about sports and we are capable of producing good sporting talent."
The racing event will take place at Jaypee's Buddh International Circuit at Greater Noida.
Lady GaGa is expected to perform at an afterparty in Delhi to be staged at Arjun Rampal's nightclub in the capital.
Khan is about to embark on a series of world premieres for his long-awaited movie Ra.One.
