In a first for Hindi language cinema, the entire cast and crew on the romantic comedy drama are UK based.
"The film stars a host of British Asian acting talent including Kulvinder Ghir, Raj Ghatak, Sofiya Hayat, Harvey Virdi, Neil D'Souza, Jake Canuso and several young newcomers, and is being shot entirely in Hindi - songs included," script supervisor Jaspreet Pandohar told Digital Spy.
Based around a Bollywood dance contest, the film has been principally shot in locations throughout West London.
"Two Asian single parents fall in love while their children prepare for a UK Bollywood dance competition at the London Mela," said a statement.
"However, their different financial statuses and an overprotective father are determined to keep them apart and stop Cupid's arrow from striking."
The soundtrack to the production, led by composer and music producer Jayanta Pathak, is out now.
Naachle London is scheduled to release in late January 2012.
