Aishwarya Rai Bachchan admitted to hospital for birth of baby

The actor is said to be preparing for the birth at Seven Hills Hospital in the Mumbai suburb of Andheri.
"A day of expectation .. but another day! The Lord has his ways and they are most special .. we wait!!" posted Amitabh Bachchan on his Twitter account.
The Indian media have been issued a set of guidelines to follow when covering the delivery of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan's baby.
The actress is currently a trending topic on Twitter in Mumbai, as her fans and the media await the arrival of the Bachchans' first child.
A number of sources had earlier claimed that the star had planned the delivery to coincide with the numerologically auspicious date of November 11.
