Aishwarya Rai Bachchan gives birth to baby girl

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has given birth to a baby girl.
The child is her first with husband Abhishek Bachchan, who broke the news via Twitter, simply writing: "It's a girl!"
Rai Bachchan's father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan also tweeted: "I AM DADA to the cutest baby girl!"
He added that the news had left him feeling "ecstatic".

The actress was admitted to Mumbai's Seven Hills Hospital on Tuesday (November 15) ahead of the birth.
Amitabh Bachchan's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan co-star Raveena Tandon was among the first Bollywood stars to offer congratulations to the family.
She wrote: "CONGRATULATIONS my dearest Amitji!! love to ash and Abhishek!! godbless the lil Angel!! love Raveena Anil. (sic)"
Bipasha Basu added: "So excited Baby B is Daddy to a lil Angel! Congrats Ash n @juniorbachchan n to d entire family! Welcome sweet baby girl :)"
No further details - including the baby's name - have yet been released, and Indian media outlets have reportedly been issued with a set of guidelines relating to coverage of the birth.
