The actress will next be seen in Desi Boyz with John Abraham and Akshay Kumar.
She told Mumbai Mirror: "Doing realistic cinema is difficult but then doing this kind of cinema, where you have to be dramatic enough to entertain, is also challenging.
"It's been great fun because it is the first time for me. I enjoyed everything."
The actress added that she had a very English look in the film, but did not want to focus on her appearance.
"I don't want to think about my image. I just want to do good work. For me, this shift is very important. I just want to do whatever good work comes my way. But it must be performance-oriented.
"As long as there is enough work for me to do in a movie, I am okay with it. I am confident of my performance."
In August, it was reported that Singh was replaced by Jacqueline Fernandez in Krrish 2 because she was unhappy with appearing nude.
