The actor is still to receive his payment for the historical epic, despite sending a legal notice in August 2010, reports Mumbai Mirror.
"This is true. We have written to Galani informing him about Salman's complaint," confirmed Dharmesh Tiwari, president of the Federation Of Western Cine Employees.
Khan is also said to have contacted the Association of Motion Pictures and TV Programme Producers regarding the case.
However, Galani argued that the matter has been resolved, saying: "My association is dealing with the case. They told me that they have squashed it. I don't know if there is any further development."
Although the film underperformed at the box office, Galani is said to have made a profit from the sale of its satellite rights.
Khan claimed that he had been deceived by Galani after agreeing to do another film with him to make up for Veer's financial losses.
The big-budget project was the debut movie of Zarine Khan and also featured British model and ex-Miss Universe UK Lisa Lazarus.
