Mallika Sherawat to make Bollywood film

Mallika Sherawat has decided to return to Bollywood after failing to launch a career in the US.

Sherawat has committed to starring in Sanjay Khanduri's Kismat, Love, Paisa, Dilli, according to Mumbai Mirror.

"Mallika was offered a project by Vishesh Films," said a source. "She had worked with the production house in Murder, the film that made Mallika a star. Also, YRF Films offered her a role in their next project. This too did not excite Mallika since the role was too small.

"Mallika wanted to make a comeback as a leading lady. She is coming to India next week. Her film with Vivek goes on floors on December 15."

Sherawat's last US project after Jennifer Lynch's box office flop Hisss was unable to find distribution.

In November, it was reported that the actress plans to perform a New Year show in a five-star Mumbai hotel.
