The actor will deliver Dhanush's 'Tanglish' song at a 5-star hotel in Mumbai at the end of the month, reports The Times of India.
Actor and singer Dhanush stated: "When I was writing down the lyrics, I kept in mind all the English words that are used in the Tamil vocabulary. Words like I, you, me, how, why, cow."
He added: "I just framed them into sentences and that's how I came up with the song."
The music video features Dhanush, with his wife Aishwarya Rajinikanth, composer Anirudh and Tamil and Hindi star Shruti Hassan.
Sherawat is also expected to perform tracks including 'Jalebi Bai' from Double Dhamaal and 'Kala Sala' from the Tamil remake of Dabangg.
The track, which went viral across Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, has had over 20 million hits on the video-sharing website.
The south Indian song has also inspired a number of remakes, remixes and parodies since its release on November 16.
