Indian film track 'Why This Kolaveri Di?' has been given a British R&B remix.
The song, which has amassed over 20 million hits on YouTube, has been reworked by British Asian singer Arjun.
Arjun said: "I really liked the original 'Why This Kolaveri Di?' which is actually taken from the soundtrack of a new Tamil film called 3.
"Being of Tamil and British origin, I wanted to reinterpret the song with a British R&B flavour and I'm delighted it has received such a strong response in just the first 48 hours since posting it on YouTube."
The performer has reworked the song with a British, R&B flavour with English lyrics replacing Dhanush's original Tamil and English words.
Anirudh Ravichander, director of the original film song, posted on Twitter that he 'really liked' the British version of the internet meme hit.
Mallika Sherawat announced last week that she would be performing to the track at a New Year's Eve stage show.
