Bollywood performer Vishal Dadlani has said that he has been mistakenly nominated for a track sung by Akon.
Although the Ra.One song was written by musical director duo Vishal-Shekhar, the Indian singer said that he has not contributed any of his vocals.
"I'm nominated for Best Vocals for 'Chammak Challo' at both the Filmfare and Apsara Awards. Funnily, I haven't sung on the song. At all," Dadlani posted on Twitter.

Akon has provided the Hindi, Tamil and English male vocals, with the female vocals supplied by playback singer Hamsika Iyer, with Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor appearing in the promotional video.
Khan took part in a series of live events with Akon to promote the sci-fi project.
'Chammak Challo' was named the most downloaded song and video of 2011 in a number of end-of-year surveys.
