The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has made a formal complaint against Galani, Mumbai Mirror reports.
"We have issued the non co-operation directive against Vijay Galani, and yes, Salman Khan will be meeting him soon, once he returns from abroad. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved," said FWICE President Dharmesh Tiwari.
Khan had previously served a legal notice on the producer for non-payment of fees.
The epic love story marked the debut of Zarine Khan. Sohail Khan, Jackie Shroff, Mithun Chakraborty and Lisa Lazurus also starred in the film.
Veer had its worldwide theatrical release in January 2010.
