Ali Zafar: 'I will only sing for my own films'

The Pakistani musician revealed that he plans to only record tracks for projects where he has the main part, Hindustan Times claims.
"Right now, I only want to sing for my own films where I play the lead. At a later stage, I may consider composing and singing for films where I'm not on screen," stated the Tere Bin Laden star.
The actor is currently working on his third Bollywood film London, Paris, New York, before shooting commences on a remake of the 1981 release Chashme Buddoor.
The star remained guarded when it came to discussing rumours of collaborating with Mere Brother Ki Dulhan co-star Katrina Kaif.
"I won't start recording for my album for at least two years," Zafar stated.
"As for Katrina's involvement on my album, I don't know where that news came from. We jammed together during our last film. We love music and discussed a possibility of recording together but there is nothing planned."
