Imran Khan: 'Kareena Kapoor is easy to work with'

Imran Khan has said that Kareena Kapoor has no ego on set.

Khan told NDTV that despite being one of the industry's top stars, she always treated him as an equal.

"You are not kind of tip-toeing around and worrying that she has this ego, you can work with her like an equal and that is the best thing about her," he said.

"I have always believed when you are comfortable and happy working with your co-actor, your performances improve."

The 29-year-old said Kapoor is aware that she is a good actress and her confidence helped maintain a good atmosphere during filming.

"Kareena comes on the sets with this thing of 'lets do work'. She doesn't have time to waste on things like which angle you are shooting me from, my costume, hair, make-up is like this and all," he said

"She is utterly unconcerned about this stuff. She is a good actress, she knows it and she has that security and confidence to just do her work."

Khan, who recently admitted to having a crush on the 3 Idiots star, described her as the most beautiful actress he has worked with.

The actor has organised a photographic exhibition featuring pictures of Kareena Kapoor taken during the shoot for Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.

Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is due for release on February 10.
