Priyanka Chopra may step in for Deepika Padukone after the actress left Race 2, it has been reported.
Padukone dropped out of the follow-up to the 2008 thriller after two days of shooting.

A source told Mumbai Mirror: "It would be rather nice if Priyanka accepts the offer. She had been considered for the role earlier as well. She is aware of the script.
"So there won't be any time lost over narration. Things can easily fall into place."
In October, the Aarakshan star departed the production, only returning after her pay was apparently increased.
It was initially reported that Padukone had decided against the action sequel because the original production dates clashed with those of a romantic comedy with her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.
