The actor had previously dated Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan before marrying the Londoner in August 2010.
He told Hindustan Times: "You know life is great when you wake up smiling for no reason. Touchwood, Priyanka has made my life beautiful.
"I never thought I would feel head over heels in love with someone, but the fact is I am completely in love with Priyanka. I begin to miss her immensely once she is out.
"Even now, when I am shooting in Delhi for around 15 days, she will be joining me as I miss her so much."
He added: "This is the best phase in my career. I am doing great projects such as Zilla Ghaziabad and Krrish 2 apart from Kismet, Love, Paisa and Dilli.
"I must say that lady luck is doing wonders. I have lot of contentment in my life now."
In December, it was reported that Oberoi was staying with his family in private accommodation through the Krissh shoot.
