Anil Kapoor has said that he is delighted to be attending this year's BAFTA ceremony.

According to Mid Day, the actor will be making his third appearance at the prestigious British ceremony. He is the only Indian actor who has been chosen to present one of the awards.

"I am extremely thrilled and delighted to be present at the Bafta[s] this year," he said. "It's an absolute honour to be associated with the Baftas and to be returning to the award ceremony for a third time.

"It is definitely going to be a memorable night among tremendous talent and I am truly looking forward to it."

Kapoor first attended the function in 2009, representing the award-winning Danny Boyle film Slumdog Millionaire.

He attended again in 2010, when he presented the award for the best costume design along with actress Claire Danes.

The Bafta ceremony will be screened tonight (February 12) from 9pm on BBC One.
