Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan 'not hiring nanny'

Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan has reportedly refused to hire a nanny for her 3-month-old daughter.

The actress has still not officially released the name of her first child with fellow star Abhishek Bachchan.

"Ash spends all day with the baby. She caters to all her needs personally. In fact, she doesn't even leave the room to have her meals, preferring to eat in the room itself," a source told The Times of India.

"It's hard to believe, but despite her family offering to share the work, Ash has politely refused to let anyone else take responsibility. She is enjoying motherhood thoroughly."

According to the insider, the former beauty queen is keeping a low profile because she is taking care of the child herself.

Abhishek has said that he wants to make sure he is as environmentally conscious as possible with his newborn child.

He previously said that the experience of fatherhood is "indescribable".
