The production house released a statement on Thursday stating that the project is still untitled, following widespread media reports over the leaked name.
"Despite repeated confirmations that Yash Chopra's film still remains untitled, large sections of the media continue to call it London Ishq. This is completely baseless, inaccurate and detrimental to the film," YRF proclaimed in an official statement.
"Unfortunately, several individual denials on our part have also gone unheeded."
The film - which is currently shooting in the UK - began its first schedule on February 22, at a number of outdoor locations around central London.
Leaked images of a Production 45 clapperboard with the name London Ishq written on it, have also appeared across media outlets in the past week.
Khan, who broke 2 million Twitter followers on Wednesday, can however be seen with co-star Kaif in three official photographs from YRF.
The Yash Chopra film is scheduled for a Diwali 2012 release.
