The actress has previously denied having surgery to fix her own nose, according to DNA India.
She told the paper: "Cosmetic surgery becomes wrong only when it becomes a disease and you stop loving yourself for what you are. When you start thinking that a surgeon's knife can make you look better than what god gave you... so it is important to accept who you are.
"I feel somewhere you lose your confidence because of certain things. But if you can make yourself look better to feel better then I don't think there is anything wrong with [cosmetic surgery]."
In January, Chopra said that she does not think Vidya Balan was insulted by Chopra imitating her in The Dirty Picture by wearing a fat suit at an awards ceremony.
The star, who is currently shooting Barfee, is rumoured to be placing Deepika Padukone in the sequel to Race.
