The project, which recently had its UK premiere, will also be shown as part of the Tongues on Fire, London Asian Film Festival.
Filmmaker Armaan Kirmani told Digital Spy: "I feel the unique aspect about Soulmates is that the film has been made in a very western production style and yet it has retained its eastern soul.
"After our housefull premiere at BAFTA last week, we are delighted to announce that Soulmates will also be shown on the closing evening of Tongues on Fire."
The short film will be followed by the feature screening of Shilpa Shetty's The Desire - Journey of a Woman
Patiala House actor Kirmani will introduce the production, which has also been selected as part of the Short Film Corner at The Cannes Film Festival 2012.
Soulmates will be screened at the Apollo Piccadilly on March 23.
