The only British finalist from the TV show will appear in The Dance of Bollywood with his troupe of 40 dancers.
"Karan is set to take you on a journey celebrating the best music and dance from Bollywood," said a statement.
"You will experience KSPARK's stunning fusion of Indian classical, salsa, hip-hop, bhangra and contemporary dance as well as being treated to a pure, traditional Kathak performance."
Pangali has also confirmed that he will perform some of his signature acts from the Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan and Vaibhavi Merchant judged show.
Celebrity judge Roshan previously told Digital Spy that as much as he enjoyed taking part in the programme, he was not comfortable watching himself back in the episodes.
"Being part of Just Dance is simply just brilliant. I feel very awkward watching myself on TV but being part of the show has impacted my life tremendously," said Roshan.
"I was so touched to see the brightest dancing talents from across the globe performing on one global stage."
Choreographer Merchant recently spent a month in London working with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif on Yash Chopra's upcoming untitled release.
The Dance of Bollywood will be staged at the Curve Theatre, in Leicester, on May 5 and 6.
