Karan Johar: 'Katrina Kaif is a friend and a hardworking mega star'

Karan Johar has denied reports that he described Katrina Kaif as "boring".

The filmmaker, who was allegedly overheard criticising Kaif for her monotonous poses on photo shoots, took to Twitter to deny the rumours.



He wrote: "Absolutely crazy media report suggesting I have said something about Katrina!!! I HAVE NOT!!! It's totally baseless and a lie!!!

"Katrina is not only a dear friend but also a supremely talented and hard working megastar!!! And all this reportage is ridiculous!!!"

Kaif has been cast in Dostana 2, which is to be produced by Johar.

The 27-year-old actress also made an appearance in Dharma Productions' Agneepath for the song 'Chikni Chameli'.
