Rana Daggubati has compared Amitabh Bachchan to an acting teacher.
The two actors worked together in Ram Gopal Varma's film Department.
Daggubati told DNA India: "Shooting with Abhishek [Bachchan] in Dum Maaro Dum was like bonding with a buddy, but working with Mr Bachchan [Amitabh] was really like being in an acting school.
"He's an institute in himself, not only in acting, but as a person, there's so much one could learn. So, I think just the chance to work with him made it all worthwhile for me."
Daggubati recently said that he is not planning to move to Bollywood from the South to pursue his acting career.
In March, it was reported that the relative newcomer had scored his first international role in the US remake of Aamir Khan's Raakh.
