The trio will take to the stage with their full band and back-up singers to perform some of their best-loved tracks in an intimate gig.
Speaking about the performance, Mahadevan said: "We are all looking forward to London. Having performed around the world, the UK has its own buzz.
"UK fans are fantastic and this year we wanted to create something new, refreshing and that we'd never done before - anywhere in the world! July 6 is going to be extra special, as unlike in a stadium, we will be right up to the crowds, partying with them with my full live band, very close up and having fun. It will be a concert and party all in one."
Coming from sell-out shows across the world, and fresh from the IIFAs, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will be performing all their biggest musical hits from films including: Kal Ho Naa Ho; Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara; Housefull; Don and Don 2; Dil Chahta Hai; Wake Up Sid; Salaam-e-Ishq; Taare Zameen Par; Bunty aur Babli and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom.
Autograph Entertainment's Zaf Mughal, the man behind the intimate event, said: "Having worked with SEL for some years now, without sounding biased, they have to be one of the most professional and easygoing outfits I know.
"100% in every concert, they get the crowd involved and never fail to deliver. This is a Wembley-size concert close up".
The 'Kings of Bollywood' concert takes place on Friday, July 6, 2012 at The City Pavilion in Romford.
