The 69-year-old actor was admitted to Lilavati hospital in Bandra on June 23 suffering from exhaustion and weakness.
"He is still in hospital. He is fine and stable. He is in a special room on the 11th floor of the hospital," sources told PTI.
The veteran actor was expected to be discharged after one or two days but has remained in hospital for over a fortnight, where he is said to be recuperating.
In April, Khanna was admitted to Lilavati hospital for three to four days after he complained of uneasiness and exhaustion.
His estranged wife, actress Dimple Kapadia, has remained by his side.
Khanna dominated the film industry in the 1960s and 1970s with films like Aradhana, Anand and Bawarchi, and is considered Bollywood's first superstar.
