The actress stars opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra in Anurag Basu's romantic comedy Barfi.
She told IANS: "It's been amazing. It's been a mix of everything; chaos, tonnes and tonnes of hard work and emotions. It was loads and loads of fun.
"Honestly, [Basu] is one of the best directors to work with. I cannot thank him enough. I cannot thank Ronnie and Sid enough as well. It's been lovely working with them and I hope I get the chance to work with them again."
In March, a Barfi insider said that Kapoor and D'Cruz have "great chemistry".
Kapoor recently denied that the film is about disabilities even though the central characters are autistic and deaf.
