The 27-year-old actress was romantically linked with tycoon's son Siddarth Mallya in February.
She told DNA India: "I believe in love and all the happily ever after stories but I haven't found my Mr Right yet.
"I think I am too young for a committed relationship right now and I just want to enjoy my life.
"I think trust and respect is the most important thing in a relation. I have seen my parents, they dated for 11 years before getting married and they have been together for 28 years now. So that is the kind of relation I want.
"I have no filter. I just say things from the heart, so there are times when I am in trouble for saying something I shouldn't have and it makes for a good media story. But I have started being cautious now."
The Players star denied that she was involved in Mallya's break-up with former girlfriend Deepika Padukone.
Victoria Beckham described the actress as "beautiful" after she was seen wearing one of the designer's dresses.
