The actor's relationship status has been the focus of much speculation since his public break-up with Raaz 3 star Bipasha Basu.
When questioned about his plans to marry, Abraham told The Times of India: "It has to happen when it will. I have no clue. But as of now I am enjoying my time with my parents."
The 40-year-old actor dismissed suggestions that he had secretly married girlfriend Priya Runchal in January, saying: "Oh, is it? What rubbish! I don't know about it. If I get married, it should be, well, a dream marriage."
Abraham, who found success with his first home production Vicky Donor, explained that he is increasingly focused on his professional commitments.
"I feel fortunate to have opened a production house. I can understand the pulse of the youth and this will show in my next production ventures as well.
"Apart from Banana, there is Jaffna with Shoojit Sircar. I am also working on the script of Delhi Shelli, Luv Shuv and a film tentatively titled I, Me, aur Main."
The actor, who is currently filming Shootout at Wadala with Anil Kapoor, announced in April that he planned to marry investment banker Runchal.
